With more than 25 years' experience (15 years supporting the Raleigh / Durham RDU area), we have established working relationships with local clients as well as quality contractors experienced in executing / installing complex designs and custom projects. We provide Construction Management Services in two phases: pre-construction and construction.

During the pre-construction phase, we offer planning and scheduling, value engineering and constructability reviews, support for long-lead procurement items, review and monitor the budget, and support the subcontractor qualification & onboarding processes.
During the construction phase, we support the client-based procurement and subcontracting services, facilitate site specific safety orientations, build your facility, and ensure your facility is fully operational. The success of this approach relies on the continuity and communication of the team from pre-construction through construction completion.
