The Spray Dryer project was a new buildout facility at their Franklinton, NC site. The new enzyme spray drying line is the first of its kind at this site. The new building layout, footprint, foundation, enclosure, and associated utilities were coordinated concurrently with a European process equipment eng. & design firm as a means to expedite the overall project duration. The new building is a one-story 8,481 gross square foot stand-alone structure, fully sprinklered with three elevated levels (4 total levels) that serve the Spray Dryer equipment. Construction and architectural fit-out of the new GMP area and associated technical support spaces primarily utilized prefabricated clean room panel systems with walkable ceilings.

Expedite, install and start-up three (3) new processing and packaging lines and supporting utilities within a GMP food grade facility coordinated with minimal impact to on-going 24-hour production. The installation and startup planned and completed over a four (4) month duration. This role consisted of international eqpt expediting process eqpt from Italy and the associated packaging eqpt from Spain. Coordinating the general construction team (infrastructure and dirty utilities), developed and implemented multiple hourly weekend outage schedules to install, tie-in and startup high purity utilities and skid mounted eqpt.
